Checklist Creation:



To create a new checklist or edit an existing one, select the Checklist module located as shown in the image below.



  • Once open this Screen, It Will Shows Recently created checklist. If you want to search any specific checklist use search bar located in above image.
  • To create new checklist Click Add checklist Button. Once you click the button new checklist creation page will open.




  • On this screen, you need to enter the checklist name and activate it by checking the 'Is Active' checkbox.
  • If you have Any unique Code for the respective Checklist, Can enter in Checklist code Field.
  • Next Step have Map the Checklist department and division
  • After Entering above details click the save button to save the checklist.



Checklist Builder:


  • After saving the checklist scroll the mouse to top of the page and click “Go to Design” button.




  • After clicking the button, the screen will redirect to the Checklist Builder screen, which is displayed as shown in the image below.





  • The area highlighted in red is designated for selecting input fields here, you can choose the necessary fields for creating a new checklist. The blue-highlighted area represents the workspace, where you can edit and freely rearrange the fields according to your preferences.

For Example:

  1. Header :- This Field is used to create the title or heading for the check points.
  2. Date :- When choosing the date field, the mobile app for assessors will automatically open a calendar for selecting the date in DD/MM/YYYY format.
  3. Checkpoint :- In this field is used to create the Yes/No Check points and this field will automatically ask the remarks field when the option is selected in NO or NA state.
  4. Photo : This field is used to capture the photo while doing assessment process
  5. Signature : In this field is used to capture the Digital Signature of respective user.



1.Heading




  • In Label field is for Enter the required Content (Heading)
  • Type is used to resize the heading


2.Check Points



  • Label Field have to enter the checkpoint content
  • To make fields mandatory, please activate the 'required' checkbox highlighted in the above image.
  • After Creating the Required fields in checklist area please click the “Update” button.
  • To preview the assessor level, click the "preview" button highlighted in red below.





Checklist - Campus Mapping:



  • After successfully creating the checklist, the next step is to map the campus against the respective checklist.




  • To Map the campus click the “Add New Campus Mapping” button highlighted in above image.




  • After clicking the 'Add' button, the new campus mapping page will open, as shown in the image above. You will need to choose the location, building, floor, zone, and spot for the audit area.
  • If you want to get checklist against Barcode, Please enter the respective barcode value in Barcode(Optional) Field (Assessor can scan both Barcode and QR Code to get checklist)
  • After entering the values need to click save button
  • Once saved the screen campus was mapped like Below image, here you can schedule the timing for that checklist and can take the QR code from here by clicking QR Icon. 



  • To Download The QR Code Click the Download Button located in above image.
  • Now Your Checklist is ready to Use.



Modifications:


  • If you wish to edit or modify the created checklist, please click on the edit button highlighted in the image below.



  • To edit or modify the Checkpoints or Fields, simply click on the checklist builder button highlighted in the image below.



  • To configure the deviation for all widgets except Signature, Header, and Photograph, please click the "Configure Deviation" button located in the Action menu.
  • After Click this Button Page will Redirect to the Configuration Screen.



  • Click the Edit Icon to open the Configure the Deviation for respective field



  • Field Value is will help you to configure the Selective values
  • Filter Constraint will help you to Handle the Condition to Capturing the Deviation



  • After Selecting the Values and Filter Constraint Click the Save Button to finish the Configuration of the Respective field.
  • Field-wise configuration is not mandatory one and If needs to configure some specific fields that can be done using this screen.


Scheduler:


  • To Create the scheduler against checklist please select the Frequency, Status(If you don’t want scheduler select as in active mode, Pre-Scheduled time, Grace time, Recurrences(Exact Audit Time)
