User Assignment:
- To assign a user to a specific location and division, click the 'User Assignment' button in the menu.
- After clicking the button, you will be able to view the list of previously mapped user assignments, as depicted in the image below.
- To Map the new user Assignment Click the “Assign User” Button
- After clicking the button new page will appears for map the users.
- In this New Screen First you have to select the Specific Location, Department and Division.
- Based On the Location, Department and Division you have to map the respective user for Assessor, Reviewer, Manager and unit admin
- The assessor can only use 'Access' to enroll in the checklist. Once they submit the checklist, editing is not possible
- Reviewer, manager roles Can Access to edit, Review and check the deviations.
- Based On the Role Mapping Screens will Appears their logins.
- After Mapping all the Fields Click the ‘Save’ Button.
- If you Want to edit or delete the Assignment you can use the icons which is highlighted in the above image.
