Checklist

QR Scan:

• If the user needs to access the checklist during an audit, they simply have to click the scanner icon on the homepage, as shown in the image below. 

• After clicking the scanner, the mobile camera will automatically open to capture the QR code posted in the audit location.

Checklist:

• Upon scanning the QR Code, the mobile screen will display the corresponding checklists assigned to the audit location.
• Then Select the Required Checklist and Start the Audit.

Checklist Enrollment:

• Fil the  Audit Details in the respective Checklist.

• To Capture the Real-time Images Select Photo Attribute.
• To Capture the Digital signature Use Signature Attribute.
• After enter all the attributes then click the submit button to save the checklist.

• After successfully submitting the checklist, the assessor will encounter a Checklist Submission Popup. 

• After submitting the checklist, users can review their submitted checklists in the 'My History' column, as depicted in the image. 
• If the checklist is scheduled for a specific timing, after submission, you will receive a popup alert for the next scheduled task when attempting to scan the same QR code again.

• If Reviewer, Manger or Unit admin wants to check and needs to change any submitted data by the assessor needs to navigate to Team History Page.
• Click the View Button to See the Checklist data submitted the Team.
• Click the Edit Button to Modify the Data From the Checklist submitted by the Team.

• After Clicking the Edit button Validation Message Popup will appear like shown in above Image
• Click Yes button to Edit the Particular Field

• Then Have to Change the Required Changes in particular Field then Click Submit Changes Button.
• After Clicking the button Success Popup Message will appear to confirm the changes

• Then User Can Find the Actual Entry and Override Entry Against the Field Which is getting Modified
