Deviation

Deviation Monitoring:

• To Find the Deviations Select the Deviations Menu.

• At this stage, users have the opportunity to review the Deviation Values. They can also mark any corresponding actions against the deviation, as illustrated in the image below. 

• If you wish to include the response for the deviation action taken, please select the corresponding deviation.

• When you click on the deviation, it will redirect you to the corrective action entry screen.
• The corrective actions record is saved upon clicking the submit button, and a successful popup will appear thereafter. 

• User can check the Corrective response, root cause and preventive action here.
