In the Reallist Application, we have three types of history screens, namely: 

  1. Overall History
  2. My History
  3. Override History


Overall History:


  • In the Overall History section, users can locate all the submitted checklists Against Their Department and division. 
  • In this Entries Screen Reviewer, Manager and Unit Admin can Access the Checklist Data that Submitted by the Assessors.



  • By clicking the View Icon in History Screen Users Can Access the Values of Submitted checklist
  • After Clicking the view Icon User Except Assessors Can Able to Access the Submission Info Like submitted date & Time, Submitted By, Submitted Campus, Etc.,
  • Next Grid is Approve Feed back. Here Reviewers, Mangers, and Unit admin can any approve this Submission after the data validation.



  • If These Users wants to Modify the Submitted Data That can be done by clicking the Edit Button. Which is highlighted In Below Image
  • And also they can't able to modify the Photo, sign and Header Values
  • Users can filter the data by Date, Checklist Name, Team, and Campus Wise, making it convenient to retrieve precise information.



  • To Export the Submitted data after Appling Filter needs to click the Export as excel button.
  • If User wants to Data With photo and sign Attachments needs to enable the "Export the records with attachment" toggle button.
  • If wants to reset the Filter or Clear the Filter Use Reset Filter Button.


My History:


  • In the 'My History' section, users can locate completed checklists by themselves. However, even if they are in a unit admin role, they cannot edit this submitted data.
  • In that Particular Data will shows only the My History for the Same User and other higher level User Can access the submitted data in Overall History Screen.



  • They only have access to view their submitted data, as illustrated in the image below. 



Override History:


  • In the Override History screen, users can access only the data of checklists that have been overridden. Any field edited in the submitted checklist by assessors will automatically appear in this history screen. 



  • While Clicking the Edit Button, users will navigate to the Validation Popup. after confirmation have to click the Yes,Edit It Button to override the data.
  • After clicking that button, the respective field's question and answer will populate, as shown in the image below. 



  • Then Have to Correct the answer and needs to click the save button to change the Data value.
  • After Clicking the save button Again validation popup will notify to confirm the override activity. To Modify the data click the Yes, Override It Button.



  • After Clicking this Button Data will change and shown as below image with OV Tag
  • Along with This Change One More Button called Override History Button will create against the respective field



  • After enable of this button user can check the Actual Entry and override details by clicking the override history button



  • SO Once Any data was Overridden in History Screen That Particular Checklist data Will populate to Override History Page. 
  • By accessing Override Feedbacks screen user can get the Only the overridden checklist details
